Program description

A Business using Prvi na mapi may send you a one-time text message inviting you to rate and, if you’d like, leave a review about a service you recently received, shortly after that service is marked complete. If you don’t respond, the Business may send at most one follow-up reminder. These messages are triggered by the Business you did business with — Prvi na mapi is the platform that delivers them on the Business’s behalf.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on how often you complete a service with a participating Business. Typically this is 1–2 messages per completed service (an initial request and, at most, one reminder). You will not be enrolled in a recurring or marketing text program through this number.
